U.S. foreign policy is somewhat like a living document that has the potential for change at any time, given the actions of others. We currently maintain the safety of Israel as a priority as we always should and always will. Other changes in policy are happening as I speak. Withdrawal from the Iran deal? Peace on the Korean Peninsula, partnering with our friends on the African continent and developing new relations there. Syria and talk or airstrikes there have fallen off the news, but we still have work to do to regain stability in the region. Terrorism is an invisible enemy, but its effects are inhumane and those who engage in it or support it in ANY way must be dealt with. Those who engage or support it are taking the rest of the free world hostage to fear.
